Program Title: 
Advanced Estate & Tax Planning Opportunities In 2018

Speaker: Jonah Gruda, CPA, Mazars USA LLP & David Weinstock, CPA, CFP®, AEP, Mazars USA Wealth Advisors, LLC


Program Description: 

We will review the material provisions of the TCJA with a focus on creative tax and financial planning opportunities and considerations. We will address the unique ramifications the TCJA has on various types of entities and individuals in regard to income and estate tax planning.

Learning Objective:
Planning implications related to Life Insurance, investing, and Life Settlements Income tax planning implications with TCJA (with a focus on IRC Section 199A, IRC Section 83(I)).

Level of Complexity: 

Applying for 2 CFP® CE credits with the CFP Board. You can also earn 2 CPE credits for NY licensed CPAs. CTFA credits are self-reporting.
